Its gusty and rainy in Maputo, but good to be far from Inhambane (winds > 250 km/hr). Will cyclone Favio come across like a wet slap from an effeminate hair stylist's limp hand? Or will he make me feel like I'm living on a wooden rollercoaster in a tornado?
