Milk and cookies

I'm working on sexually-transmitted infections! Not (just) my own of course, rather I'm reviewing an STI study protocol and just read the phrase "If no urethral discharge is seen spontaneously on examination, the participant or the health care provider will attempt to elicit a discharge by milking the patient's urethra."
